Morning of the day before you go:

• Take 3 Tablets an hour for 5 hours.

Evening of the day before you go:

• Take 3 Tablets an hour for 5 hours.
• Wait at least 8-10 hours after you took your first set of tablets.
• Take 1-2 Multivitamines, drink lots of water (not over 64 oz. a day) and unsweetened tea.
• Brew the TEST'in Tea following the instructions below.
• Boil 1/2 a gallon of water.
• Remove from heat and add all four tea bags, cover with lid.
• Do not re-boil the tea!
• Tea may be brewed up to 24 hours before beginning your tea cleanse.
• Sweeten to taste, if desired (honey works best, but sugar can also be used).
• Refrigerate until the following day.

Day you go:

• Drink 16 oz. of Tea every 30 minutes until it is gone.
• Wait 15 minutes, then shake and drink the 32 oz Duz'z-IT.
• Please drink within a 20 minutes time frame.
• Do not drink any water.
• Urinate frequently during the 90 minutes you are waiting to go.
• It will be effective after 90 minutes and up to four hours there after.

Helpful Hints:

• Avoid unwanted toxins for a minimum of 24 - 48 hours before starting the process.
• Drink 6-8 glasses of water and eat well (chicken, steak, beans, peanut butter, etc.) the day and night before starting the tea cleanse.
• Do not eat or drink anything other than instructed during the cleansing process.
• When you go to your test be sure to urinate midstream, first into the toilet bowl, then into the cup.
• All instructions must be followed precisely!
