30 Day Cleanse

Day 1-18

• Take 3 tablets an hour for 5 hours.
• Eat light and drink lots of fluids during this time.
• Do not exceed 15 tablets in one day.

Day 19-30

• Take 3 tablets an hour for 5 hours.
• Eat light and drink lots of fluids during this time.
• Do not exceed 15 tablets in one day.
• Wait 2 hours, drink lots of fluid, but do not eat during this time.
• Take 1/4 bottle of Elixir in 4 ounces of Orange Juice or Spring Water.
• Do not eat or drink for 3 more hours.

Helpful Hints:

• Drink lots of water, unsweetened tea, and cranberry juice. Take 1 multivitamin a day.
• Sleep on clean sheets all nights of the cleanse.
• Do not drink alcohol.
• Do not wear any clothes that you have used in that have not been washed.
• Wait at least 24 hours from the time you finish your cleanse before you use your test kits or take a lab test.
