25 Day Cleanse

Days 1 - 13:

• Take 3 tablets an hour for 5 hours.
• Eat and drink lots of fluids during this time
• Do not exceed 15 tablets in one day.

Days 14 - 25:

• Take 3 tablets an hour for 5 hours.
• Eat and drink lots of fluids while taking tablets.
• Do not exceed 15 tablets in one day.
• Wait 2 hours, drink lots of fluid, but do not eat during this time.
• Take 1/4 bottle of Elixir in 4 ounces of Orange Juice or Spring Water.
• Wait 3 hours. Do not eat or drink during this time.

Day you go:

• Urinate 2-3 times.

• Avoid unwanted toxins (alcohol, coffee, vinegar, cranberry juice, prescription medications, goldenseal, sect.) for a minimum of 24 - 48 hours before starting your process.
• Drink lots of water (not over 64 ounces a day,) unsweetened tea and take 2-3 multivitamins a day.
• Make sure your urine is yellow, if not take a multivitamin.
• Urinate Frequently
