Spit 'N' Kleen Combo

Suggested Usage:

• With this product, you need to urinate 2-3 times during the process.
• Take all 20 of the Spit 'n' Kleen Capsules first

Suggested Usage: Spit 'n' Kleen Capsules

• Take on an empty stomach.
• Allow one hour to take all capsules.
• Do not consume any foods while taking capsules.
• Take 2 hours before your need.
• Drink (1) 16 oz glass of water with 5 capsules every 15 minutes.
• Wait 5 minutes and consume 2 more 16 oz glasses of water.
• Drink (1) 16 oz glass of water every hour for 3-5 hours after consuming capsules.
  

Suggested Usage: Spit 'n' Kleen Liquid

• 10 minutes before you desire to be clean.
• Put 1/2 of the liquid in your mouth and swish it around for 3 minutes. Swallow or spit the fluid out.
• Put the remainder of the liquid in your mouth and swish it around for 3 minutes. Swallow or spit the fluid out
• Just before you go into the room take 5 breath fresheners of your choice. Chew and swallow them.
• White breath fresheners are preferred.

Helpful Hints:

• With this product, you need to urinate 2-3 times during the process.
• Stop usage at least 24 - 48 hours before your test date.
• Start flushing and taking vitamins.
• Drink lots of water (not over 64 ounces a day,) unsweetened tea and take 2-3 multivitamins a day.
• Make sure your urine is yellow, if not take a multivitamin.
  

Warnings:
Do not take Spit 'n' Kleen Liquid if you are: pregnant, lactating, on a low sodium diet, have high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you are allergic to shellfish, kelp or iodine.
