Once your order has been received you cannot return it. Also if you place an order and decide to cancel it after it has been shipped, you are still liable for the shipping costs. By purchasing anything on our site, you agree to the above conditions.

On all refused orders, the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus all additional freight charges if reshipment is requested.

Refund Policy

1. Requests for refunds must be accompanied by a certified toxicology report, we do not refund the cost of getting this report in the event there is a charge.

5. We do not return shipping charges or lab fees on returned or failed test results.
