2 Day Permanent Cleanse

Suggested Usage:

Days 1 - 2:

• Take 3 tablets an hour for 5 hours.
• Eat and drink lots of fluids while taking tablets.
• Do not exceed 15 tablets in one day.
• After your last 3 tablets, Wait 3 hours.
• You can drink lots of fluids, but do not eat during this time.
• After the 3 hours, Take ½ bottle of Elixir in 4 ounces of Orange Juice or Spring Water.
• Do not eat or drink for 3 more hours.
  

Helpful Hints:

• Drink lots of water, unsweetened tea, and cranberry juice.
• Take 1 multivitamin a day.
• Sleep on clean sheets all nights of the cleanse.
• Do not drink alcohol.
• Do not wear any clothes that you have used in that have not been washed.
• Wait at least 24 hours from the time you finish your cleanse before you use your test kits or take a lab test.

Warnings:

Do not take this product if you are: pregnant, lactating, on a low sodium diet, have high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you are allergic to shellfish, kelp or iodine.
