1 Day Permanent Cleanse

Suggested Usage:

Day 1:

• Take 3 tablets an hour for 5 hours.
• Eat light and drink lots of water and unsweetened tea during this time.
• Do not exceed 15 tablets in one day.
• After your last 3 tablets, Wait 3 hours.
• You can drink lots of fluids, but do not eat during this time.
• After the 3 hours, Take 1/2 bottle of Elixir in 4 ounces of Orange Juice or Spring Water.
• Do not eat or drink for 3 more hours.
• Take the other half of the Elixir.
• Do not eat or drink for 3 more hours
  

Day you go:
We recommend the following recipe for tea: (China Black, Green or Lipton)

A. Take two multivitamins, then;
B. Bring a half gallon of water to a heavy boil.
C. Turn off heat
D. Put in 16 Tea bags of your choice.
E. Cover and let stand for 45 - 60 minutes (stronger the better).
F. Drink all within an hours time. Over ice is fine. No Sugar.
G. Urine 2-3 times or as often as possible.

**Note** You can do this two hours before you go to the lab of your choice, this works with the Cleanse or Same Day Solutions. Urinate 2-3 Times before you go.

Helpful Hints:

• Avoid unwanted toxins (alcohol, coffee, vinegar, cranberry juice, prescription medications, goldenseal, sect.) for a minimum of 24 - 48 hours before starting your process.
• Drink lots of water (not over 64 ounces a day,) unsweetened tea and take 2-3 multivitamins a day.
• Make sure your urine is yellow, if not take a multivitamin.
